中新社银川4月28日电 (记者 李佩珊)4月21日至28日，来自伊拉克农业部、规划部、水资源部等有关部门的34名官员组成的伊拉克气候变化和农业可持续发展研修班成员来到宁夏研修考察，了解中国发展低碳、智慧和绿色农业方面技术，并与中方政府官员、农业专家、技术人员和企业家交流。
4月23日起，研修班先后赴银川市金凤区、永宁县、贺兰县、灵武市，石嘴山市平罗县等地，参观考察凯盛浩丰(银川)智慧农业产业园、宁夏晓鸣农牧股份有限公司、闽宁乡村振兴培训中心及盐碱地综合治理示范区、白芨滩国家沙漠公园、白土岗现代养殖基地等12个考察点，了解宁夏在盐碱地改良、荒漠化防治、节水灌溉、智慧农业及脱贫攻坚等方面做法。
“宁夏与伊拉克农业资源互补性强，有着天然的合作优势，农业合作更是其中重要的一环。通过此次研修考察，能够为伊拉克在有效应对气候变化、推进农业可持续发展方面提供借鉴和参考，并通过共享经验，推动双方农业交流合作向更宽领域、更深层次、更高质量发展，促进农业经济共同繁荣。”宁夏农业农村厅相关负责人说。
